KEVIN MOLLARD
A 37 year veteran has run his business by “The Golden Rule’, treating his clients the way he would want to be treated if he were the client! This rule has generated Kevin a strong referral business of return clients, and their children, and although Kevin hates to admit some of their grandchildren! Kevin is committed to listening to his clients’ needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
Kevin is a multi-million dollar producer specializing in residential resale, condominiums, and new homes. Kevin’s knowledge, experience, and genuine interest in his clients have resulted in over 900 successful transactions.
When Kevin is not working you can find him on the golf course or with his friends and family.
ASHLEY MOLLARD
After graduating from the University of Windsor in 2011, Ashley spent 8 years working in the fashion wholesale and distribution industry. She began her career interning in New York where she worked along industry leaders. This experience then led her to Toronto where she led a successful b2b sales career for 7 years. Although her love for fashion still remains, Ashley decided to return home and follow in her father’s footsteps.
From a young age, Ashley was exposed to real estate and through her father gained a strong passion and knowledge for the industry. This combined with her past sales experience ensures that Ashley truly understands the real estate transaction and how to meet her clients’ needs. For the last 5 years, Ashley has been a Remax top producer alongside her father specializing in residential resale, condominiums, and new homes.
When Ashley is not working she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends.
